Introduction 

This policy (the “Policy”) explains the way we treat user information which is provided or collected in the Zamface mobile application (the “Zamface”) service (the “Service”) created by Zackdang Company (the "Company") on which this Policy is posted. In addition the Policy also explains the information which is provided or collected in the course of using the applications of the Company which exist in the website.

Through this Policy, the Company regards users’ personal data as important and informs them of the purpose and method of Company’s using the personal data provided by the users and measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal data.

 

I. The Data type / Purpose / How to Collect  

The “Company” collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide the services when registering as a member or in the process of using the service.

 

1. When registering as a user

A. Required 

• ♦ Data Type: Social media account ID (Facebook, Google, Apple, Zalo), nickname

• ♦ Purpose : user identifier on Service 

• ♦ Collection : provided by user
   

2. When using the “Service”

A. Automatically collected data 

♦ Data type: 

- system data: mobile Platform, OS version, app version, IP address, access lo, device data. device language, mobile network information.
-. usage history : browsing, search, liked action, comments
-. usage data : app interaction, usage time

♦ Purpose 
-. to analyze users activity then measure present app features, plan new functions. 
-. to Maintain app functionality and performance, Customer service 
-. to Provide Personalized contents

B. Optional data by user entered   

♦ Data type: birth year, gender, beauty interest, profile picture, skin type, email 

♦ Purpose: for contents suggestion, email for customer service (when user wanted to feedback, optional) 

♦ Collection : provided by user, not linked with users’ actual identity. 

 

C. User created contents (optional)

♦ Data type : comment, reply, images when they write comment

♦ Purpose : to show users' reactions and monitor service quality

♦ Collection : provided by user

 

D. Face data 

♦ Data type : self-photo image 

♦ Purpose: It is used for Face Matching function which can suggest users' look-alike beauty youtubers.Users can be matched with their most similar beauty youtubers, then be suggested with suitable makeup tutorial videos.

♦ Collection, Store and Sharing
: Collected by user. but the face data is not stored in our server.
  The service has programmed this as volatile so that these data cannot be shared to others nor any 3rd party.
  Even if users themselves share the matching result, the result would never include the user's face contents.

 

E. user ID (Auto-generated) data 

♦ Data-type : user ID. 

♦ Purpose : to operate, maintain the service, analyze users’ behavior, and others. 

♦ Collection: When users registered on the app, it is automatically generated and not linked with users’ actual identity.

 

II. How to Collect personal data 

When collecting personal data, the “Company” must notify the user of the fact and ask for consent, and collect personal data through the following methods.

1. When registering the app or using the service, the user agrees to the collection of personal data and enters the data directly.

2. When the process of customer center, user enters data at online directly 

3. When users want to participate in events, personal data is provided on an online page.

4. If the “Company” determines that it is necessary to protect the rights of other users and provide benefits to users, personal data is provided after receiving separate prior consent from the user.

 

III. Use of personal data

Overall, it is used for service operation, improvement, and new function development. 

1. Member identification to sign up, confirmation, and prevention of illegal use

2. Service maintenance and improvement the service quality and user experience 

3. Recommendation of Personalized contents by users interest, behaviors.

4. Customer service, to notify an important announce, to support users

5. Analyze users behavior and improve the service. 

6. To communicate for marketing, event provided by the Zamface or one of our partners

7. Proactive prevention and sanctions against acts that interfere with the smooth operation of the service or infringe on the rights of other users, such as “account theft and fraudulent use”

In addition, the "Company" does not allow children under the age of 14 to sign up for membership, and does not collect personal data of the subject.

 

IV. Provision of personal data

The "Company" does not provide the user's personal data to a third party except in cases where separate prior agreement has been obtained from the user and the cases stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. 
 

V. Destruction of personal data

Personal data is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved, and the procedure and method are as follows. In the case of electronic files, they are safely deleted so that they cannot be recovered and reproduced, and other records, printed materials, and documents are destroyed by crushing or incineration. However, data that is destroyed after a certain period of storage according to the internal policy is as follows.

1. The “Company” will store the following data for up to one year from the date of withdrawal and then destroy it.

• Encrypted and stored sign-up account and withdrawal data email address for sending data mail and responding to user inquiries
• Records of illegal use of service

2. In addition, the “Company” separately stores or deletes personal data of members who have not used the service for one year according to the Personal data Expiration Date, and the separated personal data is stored for one year and then destroyed without delay.

This privacy policy applies only to the “service” provided by the “company”. In addition, we are making efforts to make it easy for anyone to read by disclosing it within the “service”. If the privacy policy is modified for the purpose of reflecting changes in laws or services, the changes will be posted, and the changed privacy policy will take effect 7 days from the date of posting.
